Purchases

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipped orders go to the contiguous US only (the lower 48 states and DC); orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses are refunded. Listings are one of a kind: the first completed payment gets the unit. If two people pay for the same unit, the second payment is refunded in full.

Returns

The 14-day return window begins on the day your order is delivered (or picked up). Returned units must come back in the same condition they left in. See Shipping, Returns & Pickup for details, or start a return.

Sold As-Is

CRTs are vintage electronics. Every unit is tested before it's listed, but it's sold as-is with no warranty beyond our 14-day return policy.

Safety

CRTs contain high voltage that can stay charged long after unplugging, and they're heavy. Opening, repairing, adjusting, or moving a CRT is done at your own risk. Analog Attic is not liable for injury or damage that results from working on, modifying, or handling a unit. Our CRT Safety guide is general information, not professional training.

Selling to Us

Offers are based on your photos and description, and are final once we inspect the unit and confirm it matches. If you ship a CRT to us, packing and shipping are your responsibility, and so is any damage in transit. If it arrives damaged or isn't as described, we can revise the offer or send it back. Returns are shipped once you purchase a return shipping label.

Pickups & Visits

Pickups and inventory visits are by appointment only. You're responsible for safely loading and transporting what you buy.
